Requests reach the node over OpenMANET Wi-Fi HaLow (902–928 MHz, 1–3 km range, megabit-class bandwidth) or a Tailscale/Starlink uplink. If the ISP goes dark, the block keeps talking.
Hybrid retrieval: Qdrant vectors + Neo4j graph + Meilisearch full-text, reranked by a cross-encoder. Your encrypted-at-rest corpus stays on your node — no round trip to somebody else's cloud.
A fresh Firecracker microVM boots in 150 ms, runs the LLM call, and hands back the response. The agent orchestrator (Agent Zero + ClawZ) coordinates multi-step tasks over NATS — nothing sticks between jobs.
The microVM is torn down. Only signed audit metadata is kept (who asked, when, for how long, with what policy — never the content). Zero-retention by architecture.
